It is 2014 and we are still in Canada

This wasn't really in the initial plan, but we are still living in Vancouver, Canada and will remain here for the summer at least. We are going home for a wedding in May/June, but then we're getting back as soon as we can for a Summer of sun. We really couldn't justify missing out on a summer that lasts 3 months, not 3 days.

My last update was the pre-Christmas trip to Yukon and we have kept our heads relatively low since then. But here is some of what has happened since then.

I discovered Alibrary - a free, book exchange cabinet near our apartment.

The weather took a turn for the worse

The Winter Olympics took place - and Canada won some medals. But we didn't really pay much attention

I went to Seattle and met some friends from home - and we went to see our friends play in a band and then we went to the pub and (eventually) went to the hostel and played acoustic guitars until 4am

We made pancakes - well, I did warn you that we mostly have been staying in (and saving for future trips)

The raccoons came out of hibernation 

And of course, St Patrick's Day presented to you in Blurry-Vision
